TEACHING METHODOLOGY
 

Students are encouraged to attend the seminars and conferences. Group discussions and presentations are organized frequently. Operation Workouts and Live Projects are essential components of application based learning in SIL. Weekly workshops are also conducted for discussing real life case studies, current issues etc. Audio visual media like LCD, OHPs etc. are also used for delivering lectures.
 
SUMMER TRAINING
Summer training is part and parcel of course curriculum. The students undergo 40 working days Compulsory Summer Training (CST) in the industry. On completion, the project report has to be submitted through power point presentation. Utmost attention is given for summer training as it paves way for placement of students. In fact this is the route which ultimately leads to placements. Efforts are made that students get absorbed where they take Compulsory Summer Training (CST).
