With the commencement of the third term of first year, the studnts will have to indicate their choice of areas of specialization for the second year. A minimum of 6 courses must be chosen in each area to have a dual specialisation. A student cannot declare 2 majors. The single declared major will go in the placement brochure to all the companies. If the number of participants specializing in any area is less than 15, the specialization request may not be considered and the institute will provide a suitable alternative .
